01 How it works

How the
walk-in works.

Walk-in only — no appointments, no booking apps. Come in any time during opening hours.

  1. Check in at front of house.

    Our front-of-house team greets you at the door, puts your name down for the services you're after and notes your preferred barber, if you have one. They'll tell you how long the wait is — if there's any wait at all.

  2. We run the queue.

    No hovering by the door, no wondering whether you've been skipped. Settle in with a coffee — we'll call you when it's your turn.

  3. Busy day? Come back closer to your turn.

    Put your name down, head off, and come back when you're closer to the front.

We take our last walk-ins around 30 minutes before close — sometimes earlier if we've hit capacity for the day. More walk-in questions
